Marietta, GA – Bar 44 & 44 Live Fest brought the energy all the way up with a standout Bar Rescue Watch Party on Tuesday, March 24, 2026—and if you weren’t in the building, you missed a night rooted in culture, connection, and real-time celebration. Guests pulled up early for the 7PM kickoff, setting the tone ahead of the 8PM episode premiere featuring Bar 44 on Jon Taffer’s hit series, Bar Rescue. As the episode aired, the crowd stayed fully locked in—reacting, engaging, and turning the moment into a shared, immersive experience that went beyond the screen.

Hosted by media personality and entertainment journalist Christal Jordan, the night was in expert hands from start to finish, as she held it down solo—keeping the crowd engaged and the energy high throughout. Immediately following the episode, guests stayed for a live Q&A featuring Bar 44 owners Alade Aminu and Gary Ellis, who brought the experience full circle with insight, reflection, and direct connection to the audience. The experience was elevated even further with brand partner Crooked Tea, an all new USDA Organic ready to serve alcoholic beverage currently disrupting the alcohol industry, providing complimentary samples and giving guests an added layer of interaction throughout the night.

The evening also marked the introduction of Bar 44’s “Best Damn Happy Hour in Marietta,” a community-driven concept designed to celebrate everyday professionals—including teachers, county workers, and healthcare employees. For the night, Happy Hour specials were extended through 10PM, allowing guests to tap into the experience while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to showing love to those who keep the community moving.

From start to finish, the night delivered—blending entertainment, engagement, and atmosphere into one cohesive experience. As a sports bar lounge, Bar 44 continues to create a space where culture, community, and live moments come together—offering guests more than just a night out, but an experience worth returning to.

Stonecrest Fest Inc. was created in 2017 to celebrate the newly established city of Stonecrest in DeKalb County, Georgia.

Stonecrest Fest Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to supporting the city administration’s and the city council’s goals of growing Stonecrest into a community where commerce and culture work together as a world class city. This will be accomplished through community outreach and by providing various platforms which encourage involvement of residents, businesses and other non-profit organizations throughout the city of Stonecrest and beyond.

The mission of Stonecrest Fest Inc. is to produce a series of events that bring communities together to support local businesses, promote tourism, learn about and experience the city’s rich history, explore the National Heritage Area of Arabia Mountain, offer health, finance, educational opportunities and to enjoy the culinary, artistic and varied talents of its residents and others.

The first festival was so successful that it has now become an annual Fall event attracting more and more of the city’s 60,000 residents as well as visitors from neighboring cities and neighboring states each succeeding year. As the city grows so will Stonecrest Fest.

The Chefs Galore event, established eight years ago at St. Philip AME Church, was created to unite the men of the church through food, fellowship, and fun. The concept is simple but powerful—what better way to bring men together than by inviting them to cook and share their favorite dishes with the church and community?

Featuring over 100 men from St. Philip AME showcasing their culinary creativity, Chefs Galore has grown far beyond its original vision. The event, once a local gathering, has now spread throughout Atlanta and beyond, quickly becoming one of the city’s must-attend annual events.
